With handicapped people who affected in the Great East Japan Earthquake, we will run across Japan (3,000km from Sendai to Naha via Sapporo) as the return leg of the previous "Bone and Joint Decade Trans Japan Campaign"

In order to try to make the handicapped and Japan at large, this project involves not only the handicapped, but also those who have been affected in the Earthquake. And, what we try to appeal to the affected people and people in Japan is the importance of overcoming various kinds of barriers, never giving up and sharing a goal with others. As the return leg of the previous "Bone and Joint Decade Trans Japan Campaign," we will run across Japan (3,000km from Sendai to Naha via Sapporo) to achieve our aims.

Miyagi - Iwate - Aomori - Hokkaido - Akita - Yamagata - Niigata - Toyama - Ishikawa - Fukui - Kyoto - Hyogo - Tottori - Shimane - Yamaguchi - Fukuoka - Oita - Miyazaki - Kagoshima - Okinawa (total approx. 3,000km)

■Contents
This campaign has an unique format; we use vehicles like electric assist bicycle, hand cycle and wheelchair (including its racing type) and the handicapped people relay from Hokkaido to Okinawa while they appeal the importance of making efforts, never giving up and sharing a goal with others as well as the importance of bones and joints which is the main theme of BJD world campaign.

On the way, we plan symposiums and presentation meetings with the themes of "Joy of being able to move and Joy of moving" "Improving domestic trauma medical care" "Being active especially for the handicapped" "Adventure is the spice of life."
